I like public pranks, I love the improv everywhere guys, but they never do anything that is a hindrance to the public. This is just an annoyance and waste of gas. This prank is too immature. People could have been late for something, there could even have been traffic accidents due to this prank. I like your spirit guys but consider all the consequences of your ideas first.

I understand why some people might be worried about consequences, especially people who are not locals. However, if you drove down this road enough you'd know how often traffic is delayed everyday at that spot. Kids cross the road to get to their annex classrooms, and cars are required to let them pass. Outsiders might think it annoying, but the locals I asked found humor in the situation.
