I saw a thing on this on the Travel Channel show Weird Travles in the episode Alien Encounters & I don't know wither to belive it or not though I do know that if its not a witch. It was only called that as thats what they thought it was. The correct term as shown by the title of this vid is flying humanoid which is an alien that can fly through the air by themselves. No wings or anything else needed. So far they've only been reported in Mexico so its unknow if they've been spotted anywhere else.

He says he got scared and backed out of the room. When it left he reentered the room and saw another one. Cop2: He says he saw something dressed in black with huge eyes and dark face, wearing a hooded cloak. It attacked him, which is why there's an ambulance.
