I love Meatloaf, always have had admiration for this Bloke, and for some of you to be disappointed in him is upsetting, come on guys he lost a lot of weight and tried to get his life on track if you don't like it then go away but for all other fans please understand his motivation and respect him for it.

His voice may not sound like it did when he was younger, but it still sounds AMAZING and he sings his ASS off in this song. To me it is even more emotional and powerful than the original because he has to put so much more effort into it.

for all of years he's been singing hard rock, i still think he can sing wonderfully. i mean, is this the original? no. but there aren't too many people that sound the same as they did when they first started up. elton john, john lennon, paul mccartney, john denver... basically anyone named john come to think of it. but they evolved and changed... meatloaf just sings a lot more energetic and loud songs than others, so naturally his voice would change over time...
