In fact, the AHA ... ( 2 months ago by EvanED)
In fact, the AHA has a new recommendation regarding what they call "hands-only CPR", which only involves compressions. The blood has enough air in it for a few minutes of CPR without rescue breathing, and it simplifies the instructions; the hope is that this encourages more people to undertake CPR. Animal and clinical studies don't show increased survival rates given CPR+rescue breathing.

why is everyone so interested in the math? who cares if it was a mistake, it was a reinactment, not the real thing. the point of this video is to show the bravery of the kid, not to point out mistakes with math problems...

Actually Red Cross doesn't approve CPR courses, international guidelines are established by ILCOR. The Red Cross, American Heart Association and many other organizations provide input and individual interpretations on how the standards will look.

I had it paused at 2:03 and could not find anything remotely funny about it. Or even unusual. All that was happening is that the kid was performing CPR on his teacher.
