I like Nirvana as a band about 100x more than these guys, but I admit I like the original of this song better. Kurt sang it a bit too high for his own good in NY, i think.

I like the bass player. Such a simple line, but he's rocking out more than the rest. I agree that this doesn't necessarily sound as good as Nirvana and I thought this and other 'puppets songs were too, but at the same time, they're doing what they love and from what little knowledge I have, they never sold out, which garners more props than almost anything I see on TV today. Just think, it's possible that without the meat puppets, Nirvana might never have been (or what they are at least)
