and open-mindedness of these people, all working out of sheer passion. And I think that's the key. Once every basic need is sustainable, people understand themselves well (in the personal and broader sense) and they are able now to pursue what they really want in life, then people will become civilized

Woops. 1/2 Well, taken literally, it may not be possible. There'd be at the very least crime here and there. But taken poetically or according to its spirit, I think it is possible. Once the human psyche and dynamics of society is completely understood and people are intelligent enough to truly comprehend it, people will act accordingly. A good example is the scientific community. Sure, there's plagiarism here and there, but I'm always amazed at the mutual cooperation

I don't find it appealing at all to live underwater. A bit claustrophobic for my taste. I would much rather live in a ship traveling through outer space with views of far away galaxies and super novas.

Being an architect myself, I honor deeply this man. He not only is a genius but understand that mankind should focus on true creativity, thus eliminating the need for war.
