| Just busy reading a book by Dr Randy Alcorn called "Heaven" and it's blowing my mind. I know this song from way back in the late 70's and loved it then.2nd chapter of Acts and Phil Keaggy and all them dudes. Awesomely well done video. Together with Randy Alcorn's Book enlightening me on what Heavens gonna be like makes one Homesick for Heaven. Thanx 4 the video |

| Wish the story of Barry's seeing the dolphins when he was younger and playing with them by 'bopping" them with a towel had been included. Such a precious story! The dolphins begged for more! He played with them for quite awhile... great song! Thanks! |

| btw, is Barry still going with the Lord? I looked at some other vids and he's not singing about Jesus anything at all anymore, he uses cursewords and on his site, he is not being radical at all, as he would have been 30 yrs ago. He also mentions in some mail-response to some girl "I can't call myself a Christian". And in the same response, he sais that he don't believe in Christ's second physical coming. What has hapend? |

| I haven't heard about the curse words, please verify before you slander. Did you read Barry's blog? You completely missed what he was saying. No, he didn't say he doesn't believe in the physical 2nd coming. He beleives in using every moment to the fullest w/o worry for the future. |

| don't be mad with me, i really hope i am wrong and hopefully, i'll meet him when i come home. but take a look at the video "Merced Sun-Star: Barry McGuire and Terry Talbot" 01:45, he sings "don't give a *** about..." and i would call that a curseword, but that is quite subjective. I saw a video, where he uses a curseword as he speaks too, but its too late in the night here for me to find it now. I really love Barry's music too, but he was much more radical some years ago. |

| I was elated in seeing Barry last summer in Colville, Washington at Rendevous Days. I worked with Barry for a day as a Newbie. As an Ekklesian, we shared a reunion of heart. 'Calling Me Home' brings it all back. On his first album 'Lighten Up', Barry notes our nation standing on the 'The Eve of Destruction', cautions 'Don't Blame God for the Sins of America', yet extends hope that God is calling each of us home.
