"Indian Lake" was the working title of "White Light/White Heat" when this performance took place. What you see at the beginning of the clip is a mock-up of the proposed original album cover art. This cover slick is so rare,(Only 5 were ever made)it's not listed anywhere. It's rumoured that one of Welk's cameramen walked off with it after the show. It's beleived to be the only copy still in existence, because Valerie Solanis shot up the other 4 covers just before she shot Andy...
