Those hairs are threaded...it pulls them out by the roots so they take longer to grow back...other turkish wet shave vids show the threading or "polishing" stage at the end.

Of all the straight razor shaves on YouTube, this is by far the best: the guy is patient, thorough, friendly, and the guy knows how to use his razor. Wish they showed the threading of the other hairs.

it must have taken him a long time to learn how to shave so cleanly. I shave my legs and sometimes i make a small cut. And yes, women shave their legs and under their arms in my country.
