Well said greg, although Arthur never got convicted as a paedo he did admit that he slept with rent boys, there is no doupt about that, when was quized of the ages of the boys he had sex with he did not give a straight answer. The Sri Lankan authorities tried to deport Arthur but it seems he had too much money and influence and they failed and Arthur remained. The Sri Lankan government have since introduced new anti-paedo laws, so Arthur and others like him have had to lie low.
