Dark times at Wrong Film's. Money was short. Talent was being poached by the other studios so elderly European art film genius Stix, who had essentially retired from film-making was forcibly invited to produce a film by a young film-maker who had only the day before been promoted from tea-boy. Stix was suffering from Alzheimers and chronic incontinence throughout the production and really didn't know what he was doing there. Or even realize that he was actually there. Apparently he took the nearly completed film, re-edited it and tacked on a whole load of scenes from an earlier abandoned project of his own. Fan's of his are quite upset at the resulting nonsensical mess.
His official fan-club, on his behalf, requested that his name be taken off the credits. The studio refused.
Watch out for a cameo by the cadaver of Edward G. Robinson.
The young Barry Norman described this as "A shocking tragedy and an offensive waste of time, money and innocent life"
