Excellent video and right to the point: mass media is a cancer on an "informed populace." As long as a few corporate megalomaniacs control the information we get, our civil liberties will erode. Our comprehension of who we are in the world (remember: "they hate us for our freedom?") disappears into a Disney dream state. Stop dreaming and start developing a world view based on FACTS! It's not just the news channels... I think there are more celebrity news shows than REAL political information shows or documentaries. Yesterday, while channel surfing I saw FIVE celebrity news shows playing AT THE SAME TIME! It made me wanna puke! I'm really sick of it... and I'm a Canadian. At least we still have CBC and local Canadian News.
