Not oil money, the dollar. Iraq refused to take dollars and threatened to dump the billions of dollars it had in reserves. Oil is the same price it was in 1947. Look it up. It was a quarter. A quarter then was .25 oz of silver. Gas today is 4.50 OR, .25 oz of silver. Silver is around 18 oz. SAME as in 1947. It is the collapsing of the dollar, not oil production. Iraq and Venezuela have tried to get OPEC to stop using the dollar for oil price indexes. Wonder why we don;t like them? hmmm
