it cant do anything that any .45 handgun can't do, unless you are in a submarine or fighting on board any seafaring vessel where you are necessarily in VERY close quarters. the unenlightened call machine pistols 'machine guns', which uses a full sized rifle round, and crew serviced (that means that a bare minimum of two people to utilize).
