on the other hand , alfa is making its own engines for example 3.2 JTS .. but why not sharing small engines with fiat ? thats cleverness .. not "ugly" as you said .. wait until 2011 ... alot of investments are spent on it in these days .. you will remember me when you see the new range :) ..

I love the way Alfas look; the new baby Alfa is way cute(bit sorry for 8c owners tho. I don't mind if a car uses another cars gearbox or switchgear or has its doors made somewhere else. Very different is when you take a car and rebadge it. Its so wrong on so many levels. Beautiful cars but Alfa/Maserati has lost part of its heart IMO

I dont agree 100% ... if it was 100% including the sound experience i would say its a mistake to have identical engine sound in two luxury car like ( 8C / Gran turismo ) .. but its actualy different .. i had driven that 8C and the Maserati Gran turismo ... the sound differs alot .
Also , you should consider the financial situation of AlfaRomeo ... if they were fine , you wouldnt saw that outsourcing . NOTE : AUDI using lambo engine ... While its in excellent financial shape .

It is one engine but tuned different by each manifacturer for the granturismo the 8c and the f430
the granturismo has 400hp the 8c has 450hp and the f430 has 500hp

Troppo bella. In rosso scuro... non ci sono parole! Alfa's production has been outsourced because it's made from carbon fibre. That's why it cost that much. Add to that cost the engine and the gearbox from Maserati. But who cares... this is already a collector's choice!

u r right ... by the way .. its too under priced , which is a mistake in alfaromeos top management openion . i already tested both F430 and 8C competizione ... the 8C is much much much better .. in every thinb , but im not sure which is faster in streight line ... power feeling is almost the same .. thats the only thing to compare .
