That is Nile Rodgers. He is a famous studio guitarist and producer. He has worked with everyone from David Bowie, Mick Jagger, Madonna, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Duran Duran. You can almost name anyone and he has worked with them. He also was co-founder of the 70's funk/disco band Chic, they had the hits Le Freak and Good Times. This was his late night music show in the late 80's early 90's I believe it was called "Night Music".
