no it's not correct 3run is just abraviation from free running and "free" means that u can turn into free running evrything, even elements of capoeira...

yeah, thats what i originally thought but 3run being an easier way to say the 3 disciplines: parkour, free running and tricking seemed to make more sense than 3 being short for free
