- second largest producer of greenhouse gases
- China ranks 94 out of 133 countries listed in the Environmental Performance Index (Yale University).

Well, this person does have a point, we have polluted more than China. But China is still far behind on environmental protection regulations. And I think you're talking about global warming, possibly the Kyoto Protocol, China signed this, but doesn't have to act on it yet. Its not like we're bashing China to be mean, many developed countries rely on China.

this may sound like a silly question, but I have heard that its so polluted in some cities that there are no birds in the sky? and the unfortunate thing for China is that by the time they realize it, it will be too late to turn back the clock, and they will end up killing themselves with the pollution.

Fuck. U.S. attacks everywhere so they shouldn't be talking. I love China as though I am american. I'm American, but I absolutely had this love for China since I was very little. China is doing wonderfully with the olympics. The U.S. is invading everywhere, like trying to take oil from Iraq. BRING THE TROOPS BACK? NO. they stay there and fight that innocent country. Japan fought China trying to get land, but I don't see people complaining about that. That's just wrong.
