I think it's people in general. People are just people, wherever they live. I know that some leaders are pretty effed up, but the U.S. isn't infallible. Our leaders haven't done a whole lot of good for the world lately. Sure, there are bright spots, but all in all, I'd say a lot of damage has been done. What do you think?
