The Camden County Animal Shelter in NJ is always over crowded with cats and dogs. It is a nice shelter, I adopted one of my dogs from there. They are always overrun with cats! If you live near NJ please consider adopting or fostering from this shelter.

| Wow - I remember hearing this - we headed over there with a trunkload of food! - I went in and saw the cats - they were so cute! - I understand the problem - but I am a bit dissapointed more advice wasn't given on TNR practices - I know there are a lot of us around Philly who trap, and do rescue work. | I love when ferals slowly turn - many of my "barn babies" are slowly becoming more domesticated - actually they are totally happy being indoors - but it has taken some of them a long time to get used to me - and some still don't let me touch them - even though I can stand right next to them (or vacuum right next to them!) |
