in Britain people have a habit of complaining. in reality the NHS is very good. everyone is seen whether rich or poor, and never presented with a bill. yes we pay through taxes, but per person we pay half what Americans do. it maybe a very socialist system but at least you can have treatment and not go bankrupt at the same time.

The NHS is a highly disorganized, costly, mismanaged system that encourages un-professionalism and undervalues patients and staff. God forbid anyone having to suffer from a terminal disease and becoming dependent on this disastrous system. Put an end to the NHS. A revised version of the German's private health care service is a good alternative. A pharmacy student.
