what i think it was is that they didnt have any fancy A systems or effects that they would normally have at a proper gig so it was the kinda noise that would come out a big amp with lots of distortion on it if you get me. cause they have effects boxes that reduce crunchiness and shit

I think St Anger is awesome .. I don't care if I'm the only one who liked it lol! I thought it was very bad ass yet new and fresh... Metal fans need to open their minds and stop with this "no change" attitude lol! I hate most metal bands because of that .. cause they stay the same album after album .. where the fuck is the fun for the fan in that .. I believe bands need to progress. With St Anger .Metallica showed they can move foward and re invent themselves.
