normally i'd agree with you, seeing as im vietnamese not chinese. but the way he says Pho, its not far fetched to think he might be Chinese.
Also, look at Khoi's name. Khoi Tran i'm going to bet he's ALSO vietnamese. And may be able to recognize the accent this cook has as NON vietnamese.

That's interesting. When we make it we don't use the spicy seasoning(?) And instead we use meatballs. Nor do we use vinegar..? But that's an interesting way to make pho also I'd like to try.
