Quite simply one of the greatest songs ever written and recorded. Haunting, emotive and provokative. He always performs this song perfectly. Up there with 'Shine On You Crazy Diamond' by Pink Floyd

Not sure Steve has ever said who Sebastian is, or even if there is such a person. Perhaps someone will correct me, but I've never heard anything on the theory behind the writing of the song.
