Well you can only have 16 Players in a Party and It doesn't need to be local for the glitch to work. You can do it via System Link, which is just using a LAN to connect to each other

there is no such thing as a certain capture card for halo 3. Any capture card can work on Halo 3 and many other games. A capture card transfers your videos from the 360 onto your computer for editing or wut ever. Basically the capture card is a Modem like product which connects your computer with your 360 or TV.
