it's performance attire. It's like...when you sit at the dinner table or go into someones house or the class room, the person/host/teacher will ask you to take off your hat, not because they don't like hats, but it's because it's a tradition older then then your traceable family line. FOr me, it's just REALLY hard to pay attention to talent when the dude couldn't rent a tux for an hour or AT LEAST wore a button down shirt and done without that stupid visor. sorry I over reacted. :)

very well played. the variation in loudness and emphasis on certain notes gives a very powerful impression. Nothing can compare with a full symphonic orchestra playing this piece, but this comes close.

This masterpiece simply doesn't work if you play it on the piano. Sorry, but that is not even an opinion: it's a plain fact. String orchestra or choir, that's it. Which doesn't mean that this pianist lacks of musical ideas, of course: it's just the wrong instrument for this piece.

Considering this piece of music was written to be played by a full string orchestra, this guy has done a good job. I imagine its not an easy piece to translate to the piano and as a solo. So to all those out there knocking it, lets see you do better.

i think its really good considerin its for an orchestra an strings, but even at the beginin when its slow an simple hes way to into it, its like ur playin a song at top speed with extreme emotions comin across, but on piano im afraid it doesn't sound right, an im a pianist myself so sorry :)
