| nice. I just read 1984 (where "2+2=5" came from). the video is a very poignant representation of 1984: Big Brother(pig), thought police (dogs), and everything else. the video fits really nicely when you think about it |

| no it's not. I think It's Animal Farm, by the same author. In that book, the pigs take control, drinking the cow's milk, silencing them with dogs, changing the flag etc etc, it all matches. |

| hm... i see a definite connection to both 1984 and animal farm. the title of course is a refference to 1984. however, the video is obviously more animal farm oriented. it seems to show the corruption that took place in animal farm as they took on more human tendancies (i.e. drinking, living in human houses, etc) |

| yeah well i think yous may be missing the bigger point that animal farm is about whats happening to us and this spendid video demonstrates its point equally well, if not better in my opinion.....(note the vast contrast to first and second parts of song, just like when the shits gonna hit the fan in our world).....but yeah, great song/video. |

| This is an awesome opening song. Hail to the Thief is another masterpiece crafted by Radiohead. This video really struck me, nice animation. Saw them 8-14-08 in Mass and they were unbelievable.......again. |
