It's nice to see an actual conservative out the neocons as being very close to the political Left. Most neocons talk small govt in elections but in office are for big govt & intrusion of our lives just as much as their so called opponents. This is all actually fact. Do some research on Leo Strauss his students and you will find the same. Irving Crystal was a student of his. The only thing that he seems wrong is about the welfare state part. Rest of what he is saying here is simply on the record historical fact.
