the f15 has 104 kills to no losses. this is all combined numbers form all user nations. that being said the most advanced plane its killed is mig 29 over kosovo. the e and later variants are more than a match for any corrent russian fighter. save maybe the su30mk1. but with the new missles the f15 has all butthe raptor are deadmeat.

But the aircraft type S-37 possesses the characteristics and capabilities better than F-15 .
These forces must not to underestimate the capabilities of Russian planes and special plane S-37 and Su-35 .

Just curious.. how many S-37 are in combat squadrons? True, nobody should underestimate any prototype R&D project's capability in any Military.
In fact, this is a major reason why NATO is pushing so hard for European based missile defence against future missile threats from 'very real' R&D missile capabilities, shown by militaries such as Iranian rev guard.

Do you realise what the Russians had to do in order to shoot down the 117? They got lucky, end of story. I suggest you do some research on what they actually had to do in order to even shoot at it. They did not have a lock and fired a ton of rounds and missles in the 117's direction. If the 117 didnt fly the same flight pattern over and over the Russians would have never even got a chance to fire all that crap at it and hit it.

What good are your slow movement characteristics when you cant even see the f-22 or lock onto it? The f-22 has the same agility as these planes. That agility was taken from the f-16 matv, f-15 active, f-18 harv prototypees and designed into the f-22. Where do you think the Russians copied their thrust vectoring technology from? They got it from the previous stated planes that we designed in the early 90's.

serbs shot it down... i have a college degree in aeronautical engineering...so i think i know my facts... they did have a lock... although the nav. system and warhead were modified, and speculation has arose about whether or not a tile was missing so stealth was gone... im not looking for an argument man.
