Only one camera...several takes...different angles...and editing using Final Cut Express. Once you get into the groove of it, it actually only takes a little longer than actually cooking whatever it is I'm making normally. But the editing...that takes a bit of time. I don't lie to ya'! Nate

Thank you for visiting! And yes...sugar on the top is one secret for good cornbread. It really adds a nice, crunchy and sweet crust to the cornbread. The other half of the secret is always baking it in a cast iron skillet. Nate

That cornbread looks great. I never knew it was baked in a cast iron skillet. I dated a girl from Charlotte, SC and fell in love with southern cooking. I, like you seem to be, am a cornbread purist. I like it straight up, nothing fancy. Cheers!
