This is a clip taken from a Japanese game show called Gaki No Tsuka, or, in english, Silent Library. The object is to make the least amount of noise possible by trying not to laugh, or scream, or make any noise at all. This is made hard because of the different things that the contestants have to endure. It gets even harder when you're getting whacked in the face by a mechanical hand.
