I've heard as early as late 2009. They are just trying to keep the franchise rolling as much as possible. First, they have the remastered box sets. By the time those are done coming out or almost done, they will release the DBZ live action movie, and after that, DBO.

ya you can't be a saiyan in it...basically it's a continuation of DBZ (Akira Toryiama has supervised this whole project) and is basically going to ignore everything that happened in DBGT because that wasn't part of the manga. The era is going to be about 200 years after the end of DBZ--by which time, the saiyan bloodline would have basically run out, the closest thing to a saiyan being like 1/32 saiyan
