| here some advice: your crunches are bad because you train your hip flexors ... just put the legs normaly to the ground and only go a bit up till you feel your abs contract, stop and then exhale very hard and go down again... try it! next point: piles arent that good do normal squats or only pistols but try to do the pistols more slowly... |

| you should never dop pistols unless you can control your leg, any movement in the leg (backwards, forwards or side2side) proves you should not be doing them |

| On your leg raises only move your legs about inch up and down don't bring your legs all the way up because it rests you for a bit. |
