here some advice: your crunches are bad because you train your hip flexors ... just put the legs normaly to the ground and only go a bit up till you feel your abs contract, stop and then exhale very hard and go down again... try it! next point: piles arent that good do normal squats or only pistols but try to do the pistols more slowly...

you should never dop pistols unless you can control your leg, any movement in the leg (backwards, forwards or side2side) proves you should not be doing them

On your leg raises only move your legs about inch up and down don't bring your legs all the way up because it rests you for a bit.
