Good: challenged me with some poses not normally in basic beginners videos, full length was wonderful too. Calm, easy pace. Bad: vocally indicate release times would be nice, like when going into and out of a position. It's hard to watch a screen when in Window pose, lol. Oveall, loved it.

Overall, very good video. Some of the poses were a bit beyond my abilities (pretty n ew to yoga,) but it was good to stretch my comfort zone a bit. The instructor is very welcoming, relaxing and peaceful.

Yes, it is. Specially if you work the pranayamas. My yoga master has asthma and she controls it with yoga and some devices to make all clean at home, so, the allergies do not attack her.

I'm a UK based yoga teacher and am always looking for new ideas for classes - I teach Hatha yoga and trained through FRYOG. I have always enjoyed sequences of asanas but this video makes me want to incorporate this flowing type of yoga more. You have a wonderfully soothing voice and I'm sure this would inspire anyone to want to take up yoga. Linda, Portsmouth

lol, you have to be kidding with me, this lady is name Diane, i went to rehab before and we had a yoga teacher, and this is her, its not the lady doing the poses but it is the speaker, but she is very good!!!!

Ohhhhhhhhhhh, so nice after a hard work's day! Its 10:30pm, too late for gym but guilty if no workout at all. This 40 minutes went flying and I feel relaxed and ready for some cuddling. Thank you teacher, Namaste.

yoga works at ur physical level (reduce weight) and mental level, give u tension free and relax, calm feeling, balancing ur muscles, hormones.
