What Tiger Woods does, for example entertains millions of people and helps promote an industry that employs thousands of people. And how to you claim to know what motivates athletes? do you use steroids or creatin(don't know if its the same name as in german)? if yes, stop using it if you get those strech marks. If you wont stop, use skin lotion every day to prevent more strech marks or ask in a farmacie for a special creme pregnant women often use

I love working out in general. Whether it's lifting weights to the point of my arms falling off, or running distances that punish my respiratory system, the working out is the attraction itself. There's no great practical use for it all. You do find benefits for the sport/fitness you're involved with, but it's actually doing it that remains the pull for me. I'm not a great fan, but I respect these guys for what they do. It is nice to have a goal, however much I swear by my own reasons.

the term ripped applies to muscles and fat, in the context of muscles it means the muscles are built to the extent of seeing them easily and very distictly, and if you apply it to fat, it means a low body % of fat

Toby, don't waste your time. They're just another set of those resentful guys trying to use a false sense of intellectual superiority to compensate for his feelings of physical INFERIORITY whenever he sees someone as well-built as Mr. Henry. Happens all the time. They give themselves away each time. Why, if they find such material so distasteful &, indeed, wasteful, do they watch muscle vids again & again, only to post the same insults?

That is 60LBS on each arm right?, that doesn't seem like it would be allot of weight for this guy. I do 40LBS in each and I'm 1/4 the arm size. Just wondering why so light?

he was preparing for competition, or just pumping up for the camera. believe me these guys lift alot more weight in the off season. hundreds of more pounds

not better actually. Less weight more reps is only for people who want to look huge but don't have the actual strength to back it up. Pretty superficial if you ask me.
