Very uplifting song that only Cliff can sing! This is in his DVD ("An Audience with Cliff" - 1998, I think) which is so much fun to watch. He answered questions from celebrities like Sir John Gielgud, Charlotte Church... The kidding between him and Bruce Welch was amusing. Cliff is so adorable!

I knew a dancer many years ago who had appeared in Blackpool in the sixties dancing on a show with Frank Ifield and Cliff Richard. She told me she walked into a dressing room to find Cliff and Frank with their arms around each other, kissing. She was totally reliable and I can't see any reason to doubt her. Cliff actually lives with a guy now so isn't it about time to admit he's gay.

Remember that the BBC would not play the song because they were worried it would offend non Christians. And it STILL went to #1 in the British charts with NO radio airtime, that would be unthinkable in North America. And I am still awaiting to hear what is offensive in this uplifting song.

Thank you. I have a special needs daughter through her I have learned to look at the person not the disability. Rachel is a special young lady that not so many years ago would have been commited to a home and locked up. She is a vibrant loving young lady today. So yes the young man in the chair is a singer just like the others. He could just as easily been the only blue eyed blond in the choir as well.
