Most people do not understand the problems with wolf re-introduction, so we follow the three Ss in Montana; shoot, shutup, and shovel. Wolves will also drink antifreeze which will eventually kill them too.

I loooove wolves! So much! They're ten times more afraid of us then we are of them, too. There hasn't been a single record EVER of a healthy wolf EVER attacking anyone in North America. (Idk about anywhere alse. I don't live there. But I doubt they've hurt anyone over there!) One species of wolves (known as wolves on stilts) visit monestaries some where (I saw a documentary on it) and they get fed by these two monks! =D It was awsome!!

We camp in the Northwoods in the winter and see them on the lakes in the moonlight. We go out into the nights with no lights hoping to be engulfed by them. But they are elusive. Except that we've exchanged howls with ones that we couldn't see many times. Between being what they are, and being animals that need the biggest and wildest places to thrive, nothing embodies the spirit of the wilderness better than them.

Man and wolf are brothers. Like brothers, they can fight at times. We have learned much from our brothers and we owe them a massive debt.
