To DusanJazzMan: I enjoy this "'anti-music'"! It is OK not to know anything about Eric Dolphy, or not to enjoy his playing, as we all have our individual tastes, but to call him "totally earless" exposes you as just that.
You insult this art form by including the word "Jazz" in your name. Again, I do not mind your dislike of the piece; I am irked by the combination of ignorance and arrogance your attitude exhibits. we need not suffer such fools gladly, mon ami.

John Coltrane, Eric Dolphy, Albert Ayler, Pharaoh Sanders, Sonny Rollins, Ornette Coleman....the list goes on. However, comparing all of these great musicians is like comparing apples and oranges. They are all amazing musicians, who should all be admired and hailed with the utmost esteem.

Dolphy played on Coltranes 'Ole' album under the name 'George Lane'. because of contractual reasons he couldn't use his real name but you can tell it's him once he starts playing.
