The Judge is exactly right. People need to keep filing federal lawsuits against the Federal Gov't and this administration for these unconstitutional acts and challange it all the way to the supreme court. Does anybody know the five cases he cited? Are any of them class action? If not, we the people need a class action suit.

The Judge conveniently forgot to mention that virtually every state that entered the union after the revolution was required to guarantee its citizens a republican form of gov. That means the majority does not have dictatorial rights over the minority. Minorities are protected under state constitutions against tyrannical gov. just as they are under the fed const. People, read your state constitutions!
