That is only because YouTube has an extremely short post limit. I try to post as much as possible, and have to remove some words to get the thing to fit in one 'box'. But, what I posted is correct to the literal meaning of the sentences. I'm not sure at what point you are having difficulty with.

Ahh.. I see. American Citizens being a citizen of one of the 50 states united. United States citizen is a citizen of District of Columbia, Guam, Virgin Islands, Pourta Rica(sp), etc. A United States Citizen within the United States is not protected by the Constitution. That is because Congress is allowed complete freedom to create all laws in those territories. It says so right in our Constitution.

It is one way in the 50 united states (lower case) and the other way in the Territories, which are not covered by the Constitution, because Congress has exclusive jurisdiction of all laws in the Territories, also known as the "Federal United States" or just United States.

eklypse0...maybe so, what is relevant to the video clip at hand is : 1.- the "FED", to the exclusion of the general public is charging interest on counterfeit money 2.- what little representation your vote has, it has no say in how the interest revenue is spent 3.- the IRS has been the interest collection agency for the "FED" 4.- given enough time, the public is reduced to a level of servitude and stupidity in direct measure to that of its monetary and fiscal policies

Actually, it is completely relevant to the Video. Part of the IRS's assumed authority is that people sign under Penalty of Purgery that they are United States Citizens. United states citizens are under exclusive jurisdiction of congress, without protection under the constitution. So Congress has every right to place any tax on US citizens, direct or indirect. But they do not have the right to place direct taxes on compensation for labor for, example, Nevada citizens within the united states.

I can agree to both #2 and #3. I'm all for competing currencies. But that really isn't the thrust of the video. The thrust of the video is, "Show me the law that requires me as a state citizen, living and working in the united states of America, to pay an income tax." The bottom line is that there is no law. Only prosecutions under color of law and judges who are either ignorant of the law, or are flat out in Rebellion and Treason of the Constitution by denying the defendant due process.

chelsica...the only sustainable law you can implement is to have interest rates gradually and continually decrease, this can be implemented as an administrative policy for a central bank and as a law of action for public officials in charge of the central bank. There is no place for a central bank as a private corporation, there is no place for an entity such as the IRS is currently serving/collecting the interests for the "FED"

No, you're wrong! Title 26 does not just explicitly deal with income taxes. Title 26 also deals with Estate tax, Employment tax, Gift Tax, Excise tax, etc. Subtitle A in Title 26 deals with income taxes. And only Withholding Agents in section 1461 of Subtitle A are made liable to the Federal Income tax in Title 26. Withholding agents withhold from Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Corporations. If you are not a withholding agent, you are not liable for the federal income tax under Subtitle A!

Exactly correct PNW, the Internal Revenue Code was written so as to make people believe they had to pay it when in fact, it only applies to people who have "income". Anyone recieving enough "income" in a given tax year, for example, would be liable, but did they recieve any "income" that year? Most likely not.
"Income" is a legal term and was defined in a few court cases: So. Pacific vs. Lowe, 247 U.S. 330 (1918) Merchants Loan and Trust Co. vs. Smietanka 255 U.S. 509 (1921)
