Christian country? since when? since 1940 when the Treaty of Waitangi was signed. How about before that? uh huh, yep, there certainly was a time before that.....the Maori lived here.....before that the Mori-Ori.....before that, another race im sure. I Have to agree that they are pricks, but when you talk down to someone try getting the facts straight next time. First, probably a typo, 1840, not 1940 was the signing year. Also Moriori where Maori and came at the same time, they just left for the Chathams. Plus Maori did kind of jump on Christianity rather quickly, but NZ is in no way a Christian country.

This isnt about religion dude, its about respect. You made incredibly insulting derogatory remarks without thinking things through first. Yes, christianity was the first mainstream religion in NZ, MAINSTREAM being the operative word there. Religion of some sort has been part of nearly all cultur
