Bono is miming. The lead guitar is the same as the album recording so is probably not live either. The drums sound live though. When played live Edge does indeed play the piano AND lead guitar but this means that you don't get the scrape guitar over the piano part live. The guitar solo has also been cut short for this performance probably to fit with TOTP schedules. The full song is about 5 minutes ling.
