I've been a nascar fan for a long, long time and I hate to see the the way nascar has gone in the past 4 years or so. Most of the driver's I would call favorites are gone either retired or passed away. It used to be the greatest sport around. Now you can't even take the family to the track without seeing someone assualted or some intoxicated female flashing passers-by. Taking the sport out of country and allowing foriegn manufacturers into the sport is just bad decision making in my view.

he is a ledgend to all a hero to some and the intimidator o the world.
everyone i know knows who he is.
im 13 years old and when he died i was six years old i love NASCAR and i watch it every sunday but it isnt the same with out dale sr.
i feel bad for dale jr he won todays race and has no father to celebrate it with. dale will always be remembered but never in hate i think everyone will remember dale in postive ways
