not wanting to get into a fight, but what right do telemarketers have to call people? i detest them, but i just let all calls go to answer machine, but some people aren't as calm (like this woman) but really, should anyone have to put up with telemarketers calling? i am 100% against them - this woman is obviously unstable, but someone like that should not have to be antagonised in their own home by cold canvass calls, and this guy should have terminated the call 45 seconds in,

i worked in phone customer service (enquiries not telemarleting) and if a call is like this you politely explain why you're ending the call and end it asap, this guy is completely unprofessional to allow the call to go on this long when the woman is obviously so unstable

Telemarketers are rapists, and they ruin everyone's life... Wow. I agree with the comment below, what was absolutely hilarious was his complete composure the entire time. He never allows himself to loose it on the lady and all the while lets her make a complete ass of herself [crazy or not] for almost 10 minutes. Awesome.
