Video Description:
Great White's very first video, Stick It. This was filmed, or I should say taped, back in the early 80s when I was still working with them. In fact there are a couple of quick flashes of me in the crowd scenes. This is THE original line-up...all other line-ups, while selling more records, are simply imitations and couldn't hold a candle to this line-up. Jack Russell on vocals, Mark Kendall on guitar, Lorne Black on bass, and Gary Holland on drums. Gary and I still keep in touch to this day....good people, good friends, and of course, good music.

i totally agree with the guy who posted this - that first album was bitchin'and is far and away the best album by an 80's 'sunset strip / hair metal band'. (i don't put g n r in that catagory). when they started doing mott the hoople covers they jumped the shark. this is the line-up that paid the dues.

I've been wanting to hear this for awhile. I still have their debut ep produced by Don Dokken, even though I broke it in 1/2.I taped it together and it still sorta plays.haha Why did I break it? One of my ex's that doesn't live in Texas was dating Mr. Holland after we broke up. haha I saw them open up for PRIEST on the Defenders of the Faith tour @ the Long Beach Arena, May 5,1984. I last saw them open for Whitesnake 4 years later at the Hampton Coliseum.

WOW! Its been about 25 years now.. I knew from the L.A club scene when ''Nightmares'', ''End of the Line'', and ''Hold on'' that these guys had something. I'm 41 now and we actually built a 68 Chevelle and would listen to this song,along with the whole tape on the cassette.Fudge I'm old ( But dont feel it??) Just Great Rock N Roll!!

This style doesn't suit them. This is Don Dokken style, and the formula to a lot of other bands. Great White was/is always about the blues rock sound.

I had their E.P. and remember when they played the clubs in H.W. and back yard partties in Covina Ca and the surrounding area's.....
along w a band called Rock Kandy(A guy named Vince Wharton used to sing for Rock Kandy) and a band called Chocolate Muse played back yard parrties before them(aka Van Halen)man talk about back in the day..........
