if they lip synced, they lip synced. i mean seriously its disney. they probably forced them to. either that or miley whined about not being able to because of some excuse and they didnt want to hear about it so they made everyone lip sync so there where no hard feelings. i really dont care becuz when they sing live for concerts NOT for disney they dont lip sync. they even make mistakes! so im sure if they lip synced it was disneys fault =]

I don't think they lip synced during the actual performance. When Disney edited it to air on TV I think they added the recorded track so you can hear over the screaming girls. Otherwise it would probably be to loud to hear. At least, that's what I think. =)
