a tendency to drift") and snippets of '70's TV arcana ranging from The Rockford Files to The Brady Bunch - we're guessing here - which will leave even The Avalanches scratching their heads. On top of this, you'll find "Disastro", the debut album. Recorded in Sonny's tumbledown Beach Hut studio,
"Disastro" is a record of dazzling dexterity, featuring rapping French schoolchildren, old seaside cabaret stars, hypnotists and local drunks, all washed down with healthy doses of inspiration from bizarre, dusty records that have been unearthed by a man with a heart and a home for forgotten souls.
"Disastro" is the soundtrack to heaving dancefloors, moonlit parties and sweaty rock 'n' roll clubs. It's the perfect album to the end of the summer, the blissed-out climax that you don't want to end. Look for it this autumn. So who is this masked mixologist? No clues as yet. Other than to say, So
