lol ok? And rap makes sense? You can't understand a word they say 1/2 the time, and it always seems to be about the same thing, with there hardly ever being a deeper meaning to the lyrics. The thing about (most) Indie bands (Interpol, Bloc Party, etc.) is that their lyrics can be interpreted how you want to. And I have yet to here anyone who sounds like the Cribs, Interpol, Bravery, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkeys, etc. I don't consider this generic because it's original.

I'm not a fan of most rap, I try not to stick to genres, i's degrading, but it's fair to say I like mostly alternative. Still, you can;t just group all rap together as unlistenable. Think of the ones who are changing things with music. Great lyrics doesn't just surround one style of music. Most b
