"All You Need Is Love" is a song written by John Lennon with contributions from Paul McCartney[1] and credited to Lennon/McCartney. It was first performed by The Beatles on Our World, the first ever live global television link. Broadcast to 26 countries and watched by 350 million people, the programme was broadcast via satellite on June 25, 1967. The BBC had commissioned The Beatles to write a song for the UK's contribution and this was the result. It is among the most famous and significant songs performed by the group.

Why are people hating on Paul. Paul did WAY more for the band than George and Ringo. He told Ringo what to play on drums. Paul and John usually wrote the guitar parts for their songs. John and Paul practically were The Beatles. Not trying to put down the other bands. All 4 were fantastic but John and Paul were the two who really made The Beatles special.

Why ban the song "GOD" by John Lennon? The song is about his doubts, about why there is so my pain in the world. It make people think? The song is not offensive, it just an artistic view. The song is about his doubts. Some redneck banned the song because he cant think out of the box. John sings in the song: "God is the concept by which you measure your pain" -
´this does not have to be negative, he just states that the world is both full of love and pain we have to realize this not ban it -
