The tip on adding the cream after the drink has been shaken was interesting. However, chilling the glass will allow the chocolate to stick to the glass and not run down the side as much as it does in this video. In addition, I transfer the chocolate to a container with a smaller opening to give me more control over decorating the glass.

well, your right on the transfer, It will allow a MUCH bigger control but acctually he couldn
´t chill the glass cause it would be moist and as much as the chocolate would stick to the sides, the littlew amount of water that always forms on the sides of the glass will run down and ruin the chocolate creating a sloppy decoratñion affect, no matter how well it was done before the water runne
